It’s no secret I’m a big fan of upcycling and re-purposing just about anything to create unique quirky touches around the home…Well – the latest thing added to my never-ending To Do list is….to repurpose some old crates into a new rustic/industrial-style coffee table! Here’s some of my inspiration…
This cool industrial-style coffee table has been made out of one pallet with castors attached to the bottom and a sheet of glass on top…I love the contrast of textures between the contemporary glass sheet on top of the rustic, aged wood pallet.
Similar idea only here two pallets have been used to make the table higher and no glass has been placed on top…love the lime wash colour of the wood..
I love this white painted one..I think I’d prefer the wood top rather than the glass…
….and this one!
I thought this was a cool way of display some photos and artwork – also made out of pallets..
Reeally love this! What a cool bed base!
How cool and unusual is this plate rack? Works perfectly in this rustic, Tuscan-style kitchen. Things that catch my eye aside from the pallet plate rack are the vintage bread boards and that thick concrete counter-top…love it!
What do you think of these ideas? Inspired? Drop me a line below…
